I have indeed made marshmallow slice before. It is one of my fathers favourite sweet treats. He always tells me that he likes lots of marshmallow on the biscuit base. I think he was hinting for me to do double the amount of marshmallow but that would make it very tall. I have to wonder if I did double the mixture, would he be able to get it in his mouth without it going all over his face :)
Your slice looks delicious. You look very happy in the photo. I guess pink marshmallows make anyone smile. One of the few advantages of being in our bubbles is that we all seem to be doing more baking.
I would love to know why you think it is 'yummy.' Is it because it is sweet, sticky and delectable or do you have other words to describe it?
I made some coconut pancakes last week but best not talk about those. Not everything turns out to be 'yummy'.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows: 1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared. 2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say 3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
